How to read a Cá Buồm product page
What the badges «3 shops», «save 12%» and «−25%» mean, how the «Where it is cheapest» table is ordered, how to read the price history and why you should still click through to the shop before paying.

Every product page on Cá Buồm is a comparison sheet: photo, name, today’s lowest price, the list of shops, specifications, price history. This walks through each part so you read it fast and do not misread it.
Three badges on a product card
- «3 shops» — today the product is sold by three of the shops Cá Buồm tracks. No badge means it has been seen in one place only; the price still shows, but there is nothing to compare yet.
- «save 12%» — the lowest price is 12% below the highest one among the shops. That is what you keep by picking the right place.
- «−25%» — the cheapest shop shows a list price 25% above its selling price. This is that shop’s own promotion, not a comparison with anyone else. List prices are set by the shop, so this badge is the weakest of the three.

The «Where it is cheapest» table
Shops are ordered from cheapest to dearest, one row each, with the selling price and, if there is one, the crossed-out list price. The first row is marked «cheapest». Any row opens that shop’s own product page in a new tab.
«In stock» or «out of stock» is what the shop showed at the moment Cá Buồm read it. A price not confirmed for seven days switches to out of stock on its own and leaves the comparison.
Specifications and description
The specification table comes from the shops that publish one; when two shops both do, the tables are merged. The short description below it is written by a language model from the name and specifications only, with no prices and nothing beyond what the shops stated.
Price history
The chart draws the lowest price of each day since Cá Buồm started tracking the product, with three figures: lowest, today, highest. A freshly added product has a single point; the line grows day by day. When today’s price equals the lowest ever recorded, that is a good moment to buy.
Three things to remember
- Prices are read once a night; by the afternoon a shop may have changed them. Check the price on the shop page before paying.
- Delivery fees, member prices and bundled gifts are not part of the comparison.
